The location was very convenient, with easy access to both the city center and public transportation. The rooms were spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable and clean environment. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, although it could have been better for vegetarians. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant stay in Prague.

All staff were very friendly the main drawbacks were no tea/ coffeee making facilities in room, no air conditioning, on a incline which was hard work when being sightseeing all day

I stayed at this place and it was great. The location is very convenient, as it is very close to the tram stop where you can easily buy tickets. The service here is amazing, the staff is very polite and kind. The room was clean and spacious, and it had all the amenities I needed like a mini-bar and an in-room safe. The hotel also offers a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choices.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is good value for money but location is not ideal if you want to see a bit of sight seeing in the city

Eventhough staffs speaks English the receptionist wasn't very welcoming when I've checked in. Also location of the hotel is not ideal if you want to do sightseeing.

The staff were friendly and helpful and could speak english well enough. The staff provided clear direction for public transport into the city centre. The room was clean and spacious.The beer (from the tap) is excellent.

The hotel is too far from the major attractions for the tourist without own transport. Access to public transport is near enough but leads over rough roads and pathways. Because it is reasonanbly far removed from the city centre, it would be advantages if they could provide light warm meals in the afternoon and evening.

the staff at Popelka were incredibly kind and always went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a nice bathroom. the breakfast spread was delicious and the minibar prices were reasonable. the best part was the easy access to the city center via tram 9, which was conveniently close to the hotel. Having free parking was a plus, even though it was a bit challenging to maneuver with a larger car like a combi.

I highly recommend Popelka for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Prague. Cons: Nothing could have been better.

On the first night I had to leave my car outside the hotel parking as all parking spots were taken. This was very unsatisfying for me.
